With the growing concern over coronavirus [COVID-19] and the effects it’s having on those we love, now’s the time to take the health and safety of our employees and clients more seriously than ever. While we have always valued the wellbeing of those who have worked with us, the severity of coronavirus has caused us to take immediate action, so to further ensure your continued health. Thus, in compliance with social distancing guidelines set down both by the federal and state government, our showroom floors in Glen Ellyn and Naperville are closed until further notice. However, that doesn’t mean we can’t stop serving you in meaningful ways.
Our team has taken steps to enhance the employee and customer experience, all while keeping your health and safety at the forefront of what we do. In recent days, we have transitioned to a “virtual” setting, while also implementing cleanliness practices meant to contribute towards “flattening the curve.” You can still experience the full range of products and services from Ultimate Home Solutions in the comfort of your home. For example, some of our recent changes include:
- Online Consultations – You don’t need to be in our showroom to talk to one of our representatives! We can provide you with an online consultation to remotely demo our products and services.
- Customer Care – For in-home appointments, you can be sure all our samples are thoroughly disinfected via EPA approved sanitation methods, and our sales associates are adhering to a strict cleanliness regime. Furthermore, our installers will arrive at your home with protective equipment, sanitizers, masks, anti-bacterial products and more, always keeping your health in mind.
- Employee Care – We will not have an employee at work with even the slightest cough or sniffle. Through daily monitoring of our employees’ health, we will ensure both our team and our customers stay out of harm’s way.
- Flexible Schedules – In continuance of social distancing, we are ensuring our team’s schedule is as flexible as it needs to be. Meaning, no two employees ever have extended exposure to one another, with options for working from home.
